BCC is an outpatient, behavioral health clinic affiliated with the Wellspring Group of counselors--a network of mental health professionals in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area. 

BCC is operated by Joseph Biancardi, MA, LP.  A Licensed Psychologist and board approved supervisor (MN Boards of Psychology & Behavioral Health and Therapy), Joe is an experienced, sensitive clinician working with individuals, couples, & families. Consulting services are limited to psycho-educational concepts regarding relational health, resiliency, and various mental health related topics.  Schedule Joe is available to speak with your staff, church group, or sports team.  In addition, Joe is trained in EMDR and Crisis Incident Stress Management (CISM).
